            Promised Land Realty has access to a Credit Consultation program that was created out of the need to service clients who want to buy a home but required expensive professional assistance to reach their goal.  In the past, this process for clearing up credit issues was left for the individual to seek the help he or she required.  This resulted in the client having to acquire knowledge in many areas such as credit worthiness, credit scoring, and mortgage banking.  In consulting with the experts in these areas, the result would be your credit restoration costing more time and money than it was worth in the past. 

            Similar to most industries there are several good and bad companies that provide credit counseling so we took the guess work out of it for you.  The company that we have contracted with for credit restoration has several years of experience in credit restoration and collection negotiation.  If required, they can also guarantee qualifying for a home loan and will keep working until you achieve your goal without asking for more money. 

            With our fantastic partnerships in the mortgage banking side of the house, we work hand in hand with your loan officer to make sure that you are getting the best loan program and also the lowest interest rate out there.  The relationship that we have with all parties involved helps us structure deals such that we can get closing costs and down payments paid by someone other than you (the buyer).  We also have exceptional relationships with appraisers, attorneys, surveyors, inspectors and other real estate professionals.  The results are based upon simple numbers; the more volume of customers presented, the more discounts on services rendered which immediately get directly passed along to you - the customer.

“How do you get Started,” you say?

            All you need to do is fill out an application and disclosure form provided via the application button above.  Your credit will be reviewed by our consultant and a representative will go over the results with you.  Often your credit can be restored in a matter of 60-90 days at which point - with your permission - PLR will place you under contract with our firm as a buyer.  Their is no charge for this service; however, we do charge a fee that covers postage and other administrative fees related to your case.

Our target is to get you ready within six (6) months to purchase a home and become debt free if possible. For those who have extremely slow credit issues, that are not bankruptcy and foreclosure related, it could take as long as a year (depending upon spending habits).  You will be provided an estimated time frame ahead of time.

When you have completed the program you are assured by lenders that your loan is approved; that's when the fun starts.  A Real Estate professional will show you the available homes in your price range and chauffeur you to the ones you like.  When you find “THE ONE” your agent will handle negotiations and all inspections to make sure you know what you are getting - or if you are an investor, what you are getting into.  So there is nothing to loose in hanging in their for the long run!
